I am a Transient Student ONLY taking credits at BaSix Knowledge Academy. I am not enrolled as a student of BaSix Knowledge Academy but considered a student of the school listed on this application.

Any EOCT TESTS THAT MAY BE GIVEN FOR COURSES I TAKE ARE MY RESPONSIBILITY. I MUST CHECK WITH MY HOME SCHOOL REGARDING THESE DATES. BASIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RELAYING OR MEETING THESE DATES AND DEADLINES FOR ME.

BASIX KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY IS A 25+ YEAR, GEORGIA PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL. ALL DECISIONS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRESIDENT AND/OR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

I MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY WORK AND MEET ALL ACADEMIC DEADLINES. I MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER AND STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION TO BE SUCCESSFUL.

BASIX KNOWLEDGE IS NOT NCAA APPROVED FOR COURSES TO RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT FOR ATHLETES.

I UNDERSTAND IF I CHOOSE TO ATTEND WITHOUT INSTRUCTORS, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ALL ASSIGNMENTS ARE TURNED IN BASED ON THE SCHEDULE GIVEN TO ME. I ALSO UNDERSTAND I AM NOT ALLOWED RETAKES ON ASSIGNMENTS. I MUST DO MY BEST THE FIRST TIME! IF I CHOOSE TO ATTEND THE DIVISION THAT ATTENDS VIRTUAL CLASS (3 DAYS A WEEK) I CANNOT MISS MORE THAN 3 CLASSES AND I MUST LOG IN DURING THE FIRST 10 MINUTES TO BE COUNTED PRESENT. I MUST ALSO SHOW MY FACE ON CAMERA AND BE SITTING IN A QUIET AREA.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. IF PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS ARE DESIRED, THERE IS A $25 FEE ADDED. FINALS ARE NOT GIVEN TO STUDENTS WITH BALANCES. REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR ANY REASON, IF A CREDIT IS THE STUDENT'S ACCOUNT, IT CAN ONLY BE USED FOR BASIX EDUCATIONAL TUITION PURPOSES. ALL NSF AND LATE FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARD HOLDER. ACCOUNT HOLDER IS ALSO AGREEING NOT TO CANCEL OR DISPUTE PAYMENTS ONCE APPROVED.

I UNDERSTAND THAT MY BEHAVIOR WHILE IN ATTENDANCE MUST REMAIN RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS, MYSELF AND MY COMMUNITY. I AM NOT ALLOWED TO POST ONLINE ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET ANYTHING NEGATIVE REGARDING FELLOW STUDENTS, STAFF OR THE MISSION OF BASIX KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY. I AM NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES ADDITIONALLY AND POST FOR ANY REASON. ALL WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL. BaSix Knowledge Academy is not held liable if courses above are not verified by Parent with Counselor. Furthermore, as the parent/guardian you are agreeing to and giving BaSix Knowledge Academy permission to administer courses above and to hold harmless BaSix Knowledge Academy and its staff from all liabilities. You are also agreeing to our no-refund policy other than in the form of services. Chargebacks and declines and late payments will be the responsibility of Parent. Student's accounts may be locked due to late payments. Final exams are not permitted to students with final balances at the end of the quarter.
