Important Reminders:

Transcript Requests

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing from the date your online request is submitted.

• Do not contact the Records Department unless the full 2-week processing window has passed. For transcript requests, visit the Resources tab.

Graduating Students

• Transcript requests may not be submitted until 3 weeks after the close of your academic quarter or graduation date.

• Please check with the office to confirm the official closing date for your quarter.

• Plan ahead to avoid delays—this may require adjusting your college admission or program start dates accordingly.
