Senior Graduation Verification/Updates
All enrolled graduating seniors are required to complete this verification form if your graduation date is scheduled for the upcoming semester. BaSix Knowledge Academy holds three graduation ceremonies each year—in May, July, and December.
Each senior will receive a graduation packet containing important links and details to help prepare for life after high school. Please contact our Records Office to request your packet.
Note:
Do not complete this form if you are not currently enrolled.
You will be notified in advance if you are eligible to graduate.
Participation in the graduation ceremony is optional.
Tuition Payments
Tuition payments are made through our Records Office. Contact us for electronic payment options.
Late fees apply after the due date or missed payment agreement. Students may be withdrawn for excessive unpaid balances. Final exams will not be released if a balance remains.

Transcripts, Graduate Verification & Duplicate Diploma
Attention Graduates: Please Follow All Instructions Carefully to Avoid Delays in Processing
Transcript Request Processing Time:
Processing takes up to 2 weeks from the date your request is submitted online.
All requests must be made through Parchment under the Resource tab on our website.
Important for Recent Graduates:
Transcripts cannot be requested until 3 weeks after the official close of your academic quarter. Please check with the office for your program’s close date.
Plan ahead—this may require adjusting your college or program admission timeline.
For Colleges, Employers, and Organizations Requesting Graduate Records or Verification:
Official record processing takes up to 2 weeks
Graduate or educational verification takes up to 7 business days
Due to high volume, emergency requests cannot be accommodated
All requests are processed in the order they are received
